North Carolina Circuit Shoot
* Referees will be required for squads less than four. Squads of four or more do not require referees.
* Host club will be required to provide a minimum of two referees at their shoot to accommodate for those squads less
than four
* Classes recognized: M-E
* Target fees will be sent to: NCSCA and NSCA {Like a normal shoot}
* On the day of each shoot, ten dollars will go Back-To-Class and pay 1st 60% and 2nd 40% money staying in class.
* Individual clubs at their circuit shoot may offer options if desired; such as: Back-to-Class, Shell Game, Lewis Class, etc.
* Cash Prize Fund Monies, with shoot results will be sent to Circuit Shoot Committee secretary (Chris DeWitt) within 5
working days after each shoot.
* Cash Prize fund will be returned to top 10 shooters at the end of the Year’s Circuit Shoot.
For each 100 bird Circuit Shoot:

* A Circuit Shoot Committee will be appointed by the NCSCA and will be responsible for overall management and accounting. Two year terms for these committee members; Chris DeWitt, Chuck Frazier and Wes Miller 2011-2012
* Circuit Shoot must consist of a minimum of 5-one-day shoots of, a maximum of 10 shoots in one year. If there are 5 circuit shoots, shooters top 4 scores plus 10 points for 5th shoot if attended, will be counted. If there are 6 circuit shoots top 5 scores plus 10 points for 6th shoot if attended, will be counted.
* All year end prize monies and awards will be awarded at the 1st circuit shoot of the following year.
* Clubs interested in hosting a Circuit Shoot and are in good standing with the NCSCA will be eligible to host a circuit shoot and will be placed in a rotation and may host 1 shoot per year.
* The NCSCA will dedicate $2,000 to the circuit shoot. The money will be used as follows. $1,000 for awards for top
shooter in each class and 1st in each concurrent at each circuit shoot, also trophies for top 5 for the year end points. $1,000
for twenty $50 checks to be given out at 1st circuit shoot of the following year, from names drawn from entries of previous
year. One $50 check per person, per year allowed. Shooter must be present to win. A shooter’s name will be entered for
each circuit shoot they attend.
* Awards given at each Circuit Shoot
   $10 back to class, staying in class. 1st- 60% 2nd- 40%
   1st place medals each NSCA Class
   1st place medals each concurrent
* Tie -Breakers at each shoot: Shoot-offs for 1st each class and all other ties will be broken by individual club’s method;
predetermined stations, longest run, etc....
* Year end point ties: Money will be split equally between ties.
Order for trophies will be done by drawing.
* 1-All courses must have a minimum of 12 stations set up.
   2-Lunch will be available from 11:30 until 1:30; extra charge not to exceed $8.00
   3-Practice field will be available
