Dear Fellow Members,

Everyone should of received the Flyer for the NC State Shoot to be held at Hunters’ Pointe July 30th - August 1st, 2010 .

We have some urgent business to take care of Saturday, July, 31st at the NC State Shoot meeting.

1: The Office of Secretary-Treasurer is up for re-election.

2: Any suggestions on improving your North Carolina Sporting Clays Association is welcomed at the meeting.

We would like to have the nominations for Secretary-Treasurer submitted by the 15 th of July, 2010 . The nominations can be mailed to:

Also we would like to have 2 representatives on the Board from the Western part of NC, 2 from the Central part of NC and 2 from the Eastern part of NC. Our purpose is to have state wide representation. If anyone is interested in being on the NC Sporting Clays Association Board you are welcomed to attend our next Board Meeting. The dates that are open the location will be announced 30 day prior. We would like to hold a Board Meeting in the Western, Central and Eastern part of NC. The following are the dates of the next NCSCA Board Meeting:

     October 19, 2010 @ the Amran Shriners Temple in Raleigh , NC

     January 18, 2011

     April 19, 2011

     2011 NC State Shoot

     October 18, 2011
